NewsPatrolling.com - Think Events partnered with Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC), a sister organization of Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), to organize the first edition of SMART ASIA – Expo & Summit in Bengaluru, India. The campaign was featured and promoted across various media channels like PR, Outdoor, TV, Digital, print which was planned and managed by Think Events.
The SMART ASIA Expo and Summit was launched in Bengaluru on 21st November where dignitaries from TWTC and India honored the event. Taiwan Excellence, a campaign organized by TAITRA and Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) also displayed its key products by Taiwanese brands for the Bengaluru Media. This activity helped to create the right buzz for the Expo which resulted in the encouraging number of delegates who attended the Summit over the next three days.
Started 2 months prior to the Expo and Think Events executed around 150 sites including Hoardings, Bus Stops, BMTC Buses, Rikshaws and mobile van. Radio, Print and TV campaigns were also implemented 2 weeks before the main event. Apart from ATL, 1-month digital campaign was conducted to promote the show on social media.

Smart Asia – Expo and Summit, was a three-day event at the White Orchid Convention Centre, Bengaluru from 23rd to 25th November, which comprised of keynote speaker sessions, panel discussions, alongside the presence of over 100 exhibitor booths across the venue. Apart from great footfall of visitors, this event witnessed a turnout of over 300 delegates & dignitaries from Taiwan and India. The show was inaugurated by Mr. James Huang, Chairperson, TAITRA, Mr. Walter Yeh, CEO/President, TAITRA. Think Events was responsible for Show Management and ensured all the Taiwanese exhibitors, visitors and VIPs have the best exhibition experience.
