Swathi aka Sathi Sarkar was remanded in judicial custody for 13 days on Monday. The child died after Swathi threw her to the ground for the second time near Sri Rama Temple at Jaraganahalli in JP Nagar. The accused was caught by the public and tied to an electric pole. “The child used to cry to get whatever she needed as she was unable to speak.
